Answer: We offer shipping by Air, Sea, Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT), and Door-to-Door delivery. We help customers choose the most cost-effective shipping solution.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), Paypal, Western Union  and other mutually agreed payment methods.

Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales, quotations, and transactions conducted with Shine Enterprises. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms.

2. Product Specifications

All products are manufactured according to agreed specifications. Minor variations in color, texture, embroidery, and finish may occur due to the handmade nature of the products and natural characteristics of leather.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to change without prior notice until the order is confirmed.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

MOQ requirements vary depending on the product design, customization, and order specifications.

5. Samples

Samples can be provided upon request. Sample charges, shipping costs, and development costs, if applicable, will be borne by the buyer.

6. Order Confirmation

Production will commence only after written order confirmation and receipt of the agreed advance payment.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are generally:

• 30% advance payment upon order confirmation.

• 70% balance payment before shipment.

Alternative payment terms may be agreed upon in writing between both parties.

8. Production Lead Time

Production lead times are estimates and may vary depending on order quantity, customization requirements, raw material availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery schedules are approximate. Shine Enterprises shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Inspection and Claims

Buyers must inspect goods upon receipt. Any claims regarding shortages, defects, or damages must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.

11. Custom Orders

Customized products, private-label items, and products manufactured according to buyer specifications cannot be canceled or returned once production has commenced.

12. Quality Assurance

Every product undergoes quality inspection before shipment. Handmade products may have slight variations that do not affect functionality or overall quality.

13. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, trademarks, and artwork provided by the buyer remain the property of the buyer. Shine Enterprises will not use or reproduce such materials without authorization.

14. Force Majeure

Shine Enterprises shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, transportation disruptions, or material shortages.

15. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of Shine Enterprises shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied under the relevant purchase order.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

18. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments shall be made according to the Incoterms® 2020 rules. The following shipping terms may be offered depending on the order and destination:

• EXW (Ex Works): Buyer is responsible for collecting goods from our facility and arranging transportation, insurance, customs clearance, and related costs.

• FOB (Free on Board): Shine Enterprises is responsible for delivering goods to the designated port and loading them onto the vessel. The buyer assumes responsibility once the goods are on board.

• CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): Shine Enterprises arranges and pays for transportation and insurance to the destination port. Import duties, taxes, and local charges remain the buyer's responsibility.

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available upon request and subject to mutual agreement. Shine Enterprises arranges delivery to the buyer's specified location, including applicable duties and taxes where agreed.

The applicable shipping term shall be clearly stated in the quotation, proforma invoice, or purchase order confirmation.

19. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods, subject to mutual agreement:

• Telegraphic Transfer (T/T Bank Transfer)

• Letter of Credit (L/C) for qualified orders

• PayPal (for samples and small orders)

• Alibaba Trade Assurance

• Other mutually agreed payment methods

Bank charges incurred in the buyer's country shall be borne by the buyer. Any intermediary bank charges shall be allocated as mutually agreed.

20. Currency

Unless otherwise specified, all quotations and invoices are issued in United States Dollars (USD). Alternative currencies may be accepted upon mutual agreement.

21. Import Duties and Taxes

The buyer shall be responsible for all import duties, customs clearance charges, taxes, permits, and other fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing under DDP terms.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Shine Enterprises, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver products that meet agreed specifications and quality standards.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will be accepted only in the following cases:

• Products received are damaged during transit.

• Products received differ significantly from the approved sample or agreed specifications.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made or private-label products.

• Products manufactured according to buyer-specific designs or specifications.

• Goods damaged due to improper handling, storage, or use after delivery.

• Minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish resulting from the handmade nature of leather products.

5. Return Authorization

No products may be returned without prior written authorization from Shine Enterprises.

6. Exchange or Replacement

Upon verification of a valid claim, Shine Enterprises may, at its discretion:

• Replace the defective products.

• Repair the products where feasible.

• Provide a credit note or partial refund for the affected goods.

7. Shipping Costs

If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, Shine Enterprises will bear the reasonable return or replacement costs. In all other cases, shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the original payment method or as mutually agreed between both parties. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking procedures.

9. Limitation of Liability
